Fitness Instructor

As a group fitness Instructor I am passionate about helping others reach their health and fitness goals. I come from a competitive sporting background and have been an avid participant in gym classes for over 10 years. It was my keen interest in health & fitness and my desire to help others that has led me to become a Group Exercise Leader (GEL), training through Les Mills. I believe group fitness is a fun and exciting way to get fit and is suitable for all levels of fitness.  Helping people to feel fit, strong and happy is my ultimate goal and what better way to do it than with good friends and great music!  I am trained in Les Mills RPM and Body pump and I’m looking forward to learning more programs in the future.  See you in class!
