6 WEEK CHALLENGE INCLUDES:
•8 sessions of training per week
•Fitness assessment at the start and finish of challenge
•Qualified trainers designing workouts for all fitness levels
•Support group via Facebook and email
•Prizes for winners in various categories
•Expect to work hard, have fun and get results!
Make a commitment for 6 weeks to increase your health and fitness. Your trainers, Rachel, Tracy and Cameron will be with you every step of the way, challenging you in new and innovative ways to keep you inspired and motivated. If you want to change your body, you’re going to have to do things you’re not used to doing and even things you don’t like doing. It’s going to be tough but it’s supposed to be. If it were a cinch, you would’ve already done it a long time ago.
There will be fitness testing as well as weigh and measurements at the begining and end of the 6 weeks (2nd-6th of Feb and 23-28th of March).
BODY BLITZ CLASSES
Each session is anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes long. During this time you will be challenged with a variety of cardiovascular and strengthening exercises. All fitness and strength levels will be catered for. We will never make you do anything we don’t think you can do. But we will not accept the words “I can’t” or “no” without you first giving it a go at whatever level you can do.
The classes are as challenging as you want to make them. The trainers will get to know your capabilities to be able to push, encourage and motivate you accordingly.
